Coach Clearances

Coaches in the Norwin Girls Youth Basketball Association are required to have two (2) clearances:

1.) Act 34 - PA Criminal Record Check     LINK

2). Act 151 - PA Child Abuse History        LINK

For the Act 34, go to 'New Record Check (Volunteers Only)' to begin.
For the Act 151, go to 'Create Individual Account' to begin.

These clearances will be FREE if your register as a volunteer.

Once you complete each clearance, print out two (2) copies.

-- One (1) copy must be turned in to your grade level coordinator
-- Keep one (1) copy for your records

All clearances must be within one year of September 10, 2018.
